Hey folks. Im currently about half way through my musclepharm get swole stack.
Sad to say since buying it i have beendoing alot more reading on here and i see i really made a mistake getting it.
Anyways, it takes 2 weeks to ship to me here in Nova Scotia, so im making up next months stack now.
Heres my little list, looking for your feedback. I know there are alot of knowledgeable people on here and that the bb store and companies can be very misleading. If imma spend 200 a month, i want it to be on quality. No junk in nice packaging.
So here is it.
OT for Multi
Craze for pre workout (must try, srsly)
Optimum Melatonin (insomnia, cant beat 1.99 for 100 caps)
Xtend (intra)
Amino Energy (need something for work, and this is cheap)
Combat powder (would get trutein but its too expensive)
Agmatine (for pre)
Any suggestions would be very helpful. I know the two that people are going to dissagree on are amino energy and combat powder. But i need some sort of caffiene product for my job (grocery store department manager) and combat is a blend, which i want, and trutein is too pricy.
Thanks everyone!
PS, already got lots of omega fishoil at home here. Will get oxi next time.

Ok so this is all IMO.
Orange Triad. Excellent.
Craze. I've never tried it but have heard good things for the most part (with few exceptions). But I can say out of Personal experience that White Flood, Sann Fierce, Superpump Max, Animal Rage are all great IMO.
ON Melatonin. I have never had any problems sleeping thankfully so I wouldn't know.
Xtend. Excellent.
Combat powder. Good. But I personally like Myofusion better. But Combat is one of my staples in my supp stash.
Agmatine. Good for moral boost (pump) and supposedly has other health benefits that I have yet to experience.

Looks great to me. Once everything shows up, I'll be taking all of that and those exact brands other than the amino energy. I'm not saying not to take it; I'm just too sensitive to caffeine to make regular use of it without destroying my sleep. As far as suggestions, I'd add creatine, beta alanine and fish oil.

well ive already got fish oil here at home. Im not a fan of beta alanine...i know its benifits, but i just end up rubbing and itching and i dont get a good workout.
also, moyofusion is great but it has no casein. I take my combat powder first thing in the morning and at night. Funny thing is, if i wake up 6 hours after having my combat powder i still feel full, but if i wake up 8 hours after having it, im starving to death. This tells me that there is sufficient casein in it.
I wanted trutein because god knows what kind of ratio musclepharm could have in combat powder. But from what i can tell it seems good. Just love the input before purchasing! Thanks!

I am, but the price went up, and im hearing alot of negative comments here on the forums. People told me armor v is garbage Love the profile, greens and anit-ox and probiotics, but i guess its the vitamin sources? I dunno, just want to do this right.
Been looking at dymatize xt time released protein, this seems like a cheap alternative. Anyone had any luck with this? I want a blend.

Everyone responds differently to supplements so you can't base your choices off the opinions of others. You have to try products for yourself to see how they work for YOU. If something works great for someone, it might not work well for you. If you are seeing good results with the swole stack then you should continue with it. Don't disregard it because someone else said they didn't like it. Armor-V is a good multi-vitamin supplement, and it just that.. a "supplement". It provides a plethora of things that you should already be getting from your diet, it's simply insurance. If you love the profile then why change? Because someone else doesn't like it? Do your research based on the products and the ingredients, not the opinions of others.
