Hey whats up bros. I just wanted to know if any of you could dunk a basketball. I used to never be able to dunk a basketball but after training for 12 weeks I could dunk. Weights and Plyometrics do wonders

First dunk was in 8th grade, srs, with a volleyball though. Couldn't dunk a regulation basketball till 10th grade.

I did a lot of weight training and plyometrics. I did heavy weight lifting in low rep range. (squats, deadlifts and lunges) And a lot of plyometrics like practicing jumping, depth jumps and sprinting. I will go more into detail when I come back from work bro.Originally Posted by Workout4ever

yeah I can dunk off 1 or 2 feet with 1 or 2 hands but I should be able to since I played 3 years NCAA

Dunked a football by accident in 11th grade. I just jumped up phucking around, didn't think I could do it. After that, dunking became easy. I'm 6 ft with a 34 in standing vert.

Dunked my first time junior year in high school, did it two handed before one as I jump off two feet better. I suck at basketball and never trained my vertical, but I was the fastest white kid around in high school (srs).
