Take some joint supplements. Start with Glucosamine and Chondroitin.

Glucosamine is the biggest "joint supplement" but what kind of joint problems do you have? if its osteoarthritis, then glucosamine sulfate might help (give it 4-6 weeks to see) but if its not OA, glucosamine will not help

Also there are 3 types of glucosamine out there. I reviewed this question in http://supplement-geek.com/glucosami...you-dont-know/ but you need to look for glucosamine sulfate - NOT glucosamine HCL

Until we know more I recommend all men NOT USE chondroitin sulfate as it might raise a mans risk of prostate cancer. If you google "chondroitin sulfate and prostate cancer" and you will see the respected websites discussing it.

Get your joint issues checked out by your doctor so you can get the best advice on what avenue to take

I have arthirits in my wrists and have had a lot of problems with tendinitis. It depends on how serious it is. If you can wrap it Id try that method first, the compression might help ease the pain. But if not, joint support supplements are the way to go.

Make sure to do basic ROM exercises to help keep mobility in the joint and stop it from getting stiff.
