I'm taking Torrent PWO. It only has 3g creatine and this is how they list it:
Creabolic Complex 3000mg **
Creatine Monohydrate **
Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) **
Magnesium Creatine Chelate™ (MCC) **
Tri-Methyl Glycine (TMG)
So it looks like creatine mono is one part of that 3g which already doesn't seem like it's enough. And I understand CEE is BS, from what I've read on the 1000 creatine threads. Also, Universal themselves have said on here that the CEE is replaced by mono, but it's still in the ingredients. What gives?
Is 3g enough creatine or should I stack another 3g in it? I already add a 7g scoop of BCAA's to it. I also drink Xtend BCAA's b4/during workout.

CEE was removed and replaced by Creapure. BB.com has not updated their website yet, they may still have some of the prior version in stock.
At your bodyweight 3 grams daily is enough to maintain saturation.Free Agent

All flavors of torrent rock but I have citrus right now. Amazing flavor! I chug it like there's no tomorrow after my workout! Green apple was my first and I got like two more big tubs of it then went with citrus since i'm on the Amazon subscription.

I've never liked other flavor proteins... always stayed with chocolate but it's been a while since I branched out.
Torrent is gonna be my next protein purchase... what do you guys think stick with chocolate or go with apple/citrus?

Cherry Berry Blast is my fav but I like them all.
Universal, you guys need a tub with dividers in it so you get all 3 flavors in one tub.
