    Does the butter put you over your daily macros?

    I don't train really to win contests. Not to win friends. Not to look pretty. Not to look at some chick's ass. I train and train very hard cause it's uncomfortable. It's painful. It's demanding. I like that. Time to bleed. - Manu

    Butter won't hurt as long as it fits into your daily macros and you aren't using it excessively.

    I personally use Move Over Butter whipped with sweet cream due to it having 50 calories per tablespoon. Another good alternative is Earth Balance

    There are alternatives that contain more unsaturated fats, which depending on your best interest can be more beneficial to overall health, but to answer your question no. Look at Keto diets I'm pretty they consume more sat fats than 3 tablespoons of butter is worth in a given day.

    Fat =/= sodium

    Don't be silly comparing the two...
    Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
    Mid term Goal: To find myself.
    Long term Goal: To get what's mine.

    67 lbs in 9 years and still counting... (started at 100lbs)

    It's a hater's job to hate. So let them hate...
