I like the play the song Still by Geto Boys on the way to the gym. Durin the whole song I just see myself beatin the **** out of someone I don't like and it gets me amped up for the whole workout

I like to start off with Metallica "Of Wolf and Man"
For me it has a hard hitting start and a predatory feel to it which helps get pumped. After that it is any combination of rock/metal. As long as it hits hard and is fast it works for me.
