Is it normal for 15 years old teen that is 5'5ft. have big ribcage? My ribcage is adult size(maybe even bigger), it looks terrible when flexing but aswell I have short stomach(even worse).

You probably have a barrell chest. Don't worry. I used to hate mine until I started lifting and realised a large rib cage = good.

i had/have the same issue never really goes away but thickening up your core will deffintly help balance things out
