Depends on how much you eat, either way, it will take you 3 to 4 times longer to get rid of that fat, and then some to add back the muscle lost during the diet.

depends on how much you eat and also your macros, i bet you would gain a hell of a lot more if you binge on sugar and carbs rather than if you keep it very low carb <20g but binge on fat and protein. (much less insulin)

Like those above have said, it depends on how much you eat. One person's binge may be more damning than another's. To give you a fair estimate, though, let's do a bit of math.

I would venture that the average man, if he paid absolutely no regard to intake and just ate whatever and whenever the mood struck him, could eat ~10 000+ kcals in a day. Some people would stop before this due to discomfort; others could double it, depending on their food choices. This will serve as a fair average. Assuming that this person's TDEE is 4000 kcals (plausible), and assuming that all excess energy would be stored as fat (implausible), that individual would gain about 12 lbs of fat over the course of the week.

    Six weeks of cutting?

Depends on the particular "human" to which you refer.

If you binge eat every day, I will not gain weight.

If, however, you binge eat every day, you will gain a presently indeterminable amount of weight based on the quantity of your caloric surplus.

    Cliffs: shut up.

Where you're starting from is important. The first time I went off keto, I gained 15 lbs in seven days. My diet wasn't even that bad.
