    I have the 41" ones which work for bench pressing. Never tried them for anything else. The 20" ones I would think are too short for bench press but would work for squats and deadlifts. The resistance varies, I use mediums for bench press. Large are pretty insane, if I use them for resistance pull-ups they catapult me up.

    I'm sure others will be along to give more advice.

    Could the 41" bands also work for deadlifts, and squats?

    Yes.
    I made a platform with rods through it to loop over. Or you could bolt down som hooks to the ground to loop over just make sure they are secure.
    Originally i did the dumb thing and put it under my feet and over the bar. But it pulled up on my feet so much it started move them.
