Well yes, my shake tastes like this medacine i absolutly fcking hate and the consistency is like glue, not to mention the chunks i have to strain out of it. The serving size says '4 scoops' im thinking of only doing one. And plus its a 4.4kg tub. Someone help me!

Why are you using it if you don't like it? How about eating food?
At 130lbs, it's not hard to eat 120g+ protein if you're bulking.

Sounds a lot at once, what powder are you using? try cutting the servings in half so just 2 scoops a time but twice a day.
And the fifth rule and most important, work your but off.

Yea i couldnt even fit 4 in my drink bottle. Just 3 yea ill take it 3 times a day if i have to, i want to finish this crap fast! Its inner-armour mass-peak strawberry flavour (never buy it). It claims its the no.#1 mass gainer but i call bullsh*t.

Currently suffering from the same thing. F****** sick of the MyProtein choc flavour, bought strawberry, makes me feel ill still. Just hit a plateau with shakes. Only hope = f****** deal with it or as I have done - buy plain Whey and add your own/****/add juice to it.

4 scoops? How big is the scoop? 4 scoops from mine would be ****ing ridiculous.
Also, be creative and mix **** with it. I have a vanilla protein powder, and I mix banana and peanut butter with it and milk.

DO what I used to do, add strawberries, bananas, yogurt and milk plus the protein powder into a blender and you get a tasty treat. Or just switch to a different brand.

The shaker i use has an agitator to break up any lumps, maybe try this. I don't follow the directions 100% either, thin it out with more milk or water if it's too thick for you, and let it stand for a couple of minutes before consuming. Hope this helps.
