How long does it take for food to leave the stomach?

I just ate a chicken breast with cheese, 1 egg, and two egg whites on 2 slices of whole grain bread. I'm going to train sometimes this afternoon and have to be back home by approx 4:45CT. How long does food take to leave your stomach approximately? I need to take my pre-workout on an empty stomach or it doesn't work for me well at all (trial and error), so I'd like to at least have the food out of my stomach by the time I take it. Thanks for any help.

    Precisely 2.53 hours.

Really OP it depends on how much youve eaten for the day already, and how hydrated you are. I would take your pre-WO before youve had anything for the day.

Lol. Yeah this was my first meal today since I woke up late and I've drank approximately a quart of water so far. I would've if I had thought about it.
