So i am in quite a difficult situation. I am 6'3 225 Lbs curently and i play Defensive End for the Varsity Football team. I have a Great chance at Playing D1 Football, but my only Dilema is my weight! I have a Perfect Frame for putting on weight which the colleges definetly put into consideration, but i need to get to 240-245 to get me to my full potiental. My workouts are in check, but i guess i just need help and tips on how to help me get to that weight, like Diet wise and what not. What should i eat daily? any specific meal plans?
I do take Whey Protein Daily too.
