Ok so i know you seen a million of these but this is a million and 1 more. I have just finished my bulk. 5 foot 7 and around 160lb. Now i know that i need to go on a calorie deficit at like 15-20%.IS That all there is to it? Do i need to increase like my protein or carb or fat intake?

find bmr, calc your calories needed, minus 500 and thats what u eat and dont forget ya macros braddah
