Reduce your protein intake. I thought you weighted 220lb, my bad. Reduce protein by 145g man. 190g is enough for your weight.

How do you know how your body is partitioning those nutrients your in-taking?

Calories mean nothing. All nutrition stops at the mouth (like my sig says lol)

The most important thing you need to do is to KNOW how your body is going to use those nutrients.

What if your endocrine system has an issue and partitions more of your caloric intake to fat storage?

"but I stay lean no matter what I eat"

OK, then you could be consuming too many calories for your particular body type and in essence wasting food and money.

    What do you do?

DIAGNOSTICS...go get blood work done so you can begin to first understand how YOUR endocrine system is working....

    Everything else is just guessing.

No "brah" I'm merely suggesting that blood work be obtained so that one can become aware of their hormone levels (among other markers) and be able to effect changes to those levels should they warrant it. The endocrine system controls what your body does with what you put in your mouth....not the other way around.

I cut down the rice to One cup twice a day instead of 2, removed all shakes but the postworkout one and added some fish oil. Is it normal for the first little while on a bulk for stomach to be bloated? will that eventually settle as my body gets used to the extra nutrients?
