So basically I do eat lots of good food to gain muscle and mass, I take supplements to help as well, but sometimes I find some food to be repititive so I get sick of it.
Does anyone have like a favorite small meal they eat usually daily? I need more ideas

I don't get it...you are looking for someone else to tell you what kind of food YOU might like? How the heck are we supposed to know?
And if the goal is to eat more why are you looking for small meals? Eat big meals. And no, it doesn't stoke your metabolic fire eating a lot of small meals throughout the day, despite what the supp companies and those that are paid buy them, or those that buy their marketing scheme would have you believe.
But I suppose if it makes you happy, I can tell you what I like to eat...
Cereal- usually honey nut cheerios but I've been on a cornflakes kick lately.
Meat and potatoes
Proats...not that I need the protein but its delicious
Icecream
Chocolate
Eggs...been making a lot of quiche type things with eggs milk, and whatever meat/potatoes leftovers I've got

Start here, figuring how much and of what you need to take in to hit your daily requirements:
*Emma-Leigh's calorie/macro thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=121703981
Once you have that figured, get an inexpensive food scale and start measuring your portions.
Once you've gotten that far, fill your daily requirements for P/C/F with whatever food choices you like.
I like steak, chicken, turkey, fish, dairy, eggs, potatoes, pasta, rice, all fruits, all veggies. You may like other stuff; again, eat what you like that you can fit into your daily macros. No brain, no gain.
