    Best erector spinae exercise.

Hey guys. I have scoliosis, so to heal/fix it I need to train erector spinae.
Funny thing is that I cant actually do deadlift cause of scoliosis, but at the same time it trains erector spinae.
So I wonder, what is best erector spinae exercises and, basically, what are ones I can do?
    Thanks alot!

Does working the erectors un-curve the spine or something like that? If it's pre-curved, would working it fix imbalances, maintain them, or increase them?

I always figured hanging might work since if you were flexed toward one side due to tight muscles, this would put all the tension on them until they got too tired to maintain that lateral flexion and things would straighten out.

Look up lateral flexion workouts. Works the erectors unilaterally might be good for you if your vertebral column can handle the movement.
