    Foods to avoid while cutting?

    I have heard that people trying to lose weight should stay away from foods like bread and oats. Is this true? What are some foods I should avoid while cutting?

    They mean carbs, generally its a good idea to cut down on them as you're cutting but i personally dont bother, too many calories to give up.

    Generally if you want to lose weight avoid these and you will:

    All desserts (cake, candy, chocolate, pie, cookies, ice cream, chips)
    Alcohol
    Fatty meats + Skin
    Anything deep fried
    All fast food
    Any drink except for water, coffee, and tea

    If you do this you SHOULD see weight loss. Really if you look at something you could tell if it's healthy or not.
