    Poor grip

My deadlift is basically limited to 100kg because of my poor grip, I know with a better grip my deadlift would be well over 100kg.

What are the most effective methods of improving your grip. I've tried one hand over, one under and that helps a bit but the weight will always start sliding out of my hand.

    These

    strengthen your grip.

Or you could squeeze a tennis ball.

Or you can really strenghten your grip with grippers like Heavy grips(cheaper)/Ironmind captains of crush(more expensive) or do thick bar work, wrap a towel or fatgripz(again costy) around the bar
