    Hollywood body

    I've been working out on/ off for the past couple of years and I've seen some results, but my ultimate goal is to get that "Hollywood" lean ripped look like Ryan Reynolds (Green Latern), Rain (Ninja Assassin), Brad Pitt (Fight Klub).

    Now a lot of bodybuilders will say that they lack size and mass and that may be true. What Im digging about their physiques is the proportions, symmetry, awesome v-taper and impressive leanness.

    They managed to create a ripped body that emulates athleticism and power, but without stacking on ridiculous amounts of bulky muscle mass.

    How does one achieve these kind of results?

    I thought of a combination of these routines:

    Low weights/ High reps
    HIIT Cardio
    Abdominal excerises
    Diet
    Body weight excersizes

    yea definitely wanna just tone up. don't get the bulky protein, get the toning protein. and do light weight to tone the muscles. don't want that gross bulky muscle for hollywood.

    Dude, anyone that has workout for any amount of time will always laugh at this line of questioning... You want serious? First it would help to see what we're working with, but I'm pretty confident in telling you that you could bust your ass for years and not get too bulky! Eat your ass off, workout hard and when you start to feel like you're getting TOO BULKY, keep working out hard and put your diet in high gear with a little added cardio if need.
