I've been working out on/ off for the past couple of years and I've seen some results, but my ultimate goal is to get that "Hollywood" lean ripped look like Ryan Reynolds (Green Latern), Rain (Ninja Assassin), Brad Pitt (Fight Klub).
Now a lot of bodybuilders will say that they lack size and mass and that may be true. What I’m digging about their physiques is the proportions, symmetry, awesome v-taper and impressive leanness.
They managed to create a ripped body that emulates athleticism and power, but without stacking on ridiculous amounts of bulky muscle mass.
How does one achieve these kind of results?
I thought of a combination of these routines:
Low weights/ High reps
Body weight excersizes
