Honestly the biggest favourite lately has been the bread I've been making, there is one recipe that is 5 ingredients no refined sugar and ww and its so freakin good! I'm not a bread eater either, lol, but just a slice toasted with a bit of melted butter and a touch of honey makes my whole day.

I've also been all over Dates, peanut butter, cinnamon, almonds, nutmeg and currents, put through a food processor and made into little balls and rolled in unsweetened coconut. Perfect post workout.

Since I've been sick the last couple of days soup has been on the brain, any kind of soup and tea. Curry Mamee Ramen Noodles are a personal fave when I can get them.

Tis the season for Eggnog..my biggest weakness of all, loved it since I was a kid.

Greek yogurt and purreed persimmon is wonderful right now that persimmons are in season. mmmm and pomegranates in oatmeal. And beef jerky from the butcher near my old house.

Seriously I could go on for hours about the food I love...

I dropped the green apples... and found a new favourite food (for now)

Yoplait Source Dessert Selection Yogurts. They are just so good, it's hard to just eat one (although they are very low cal, I am pretty sure I could fit a bunch a day in my macros, it's 35 cals a serving I think lol) Their Lemon Meringue Parfait flavour is just to die for =P

Coconut milk! A friend told me she put coconut milk cream on blueberries so of course I had to buy some coconut milk which of course reminded me of coconut milk stew...with sweet potatoes, roasted cauliflower, yellow bell peppers, chicken and onions all sauteed in a little bit of oil, stewed tomatoes, and broth...mmmm sooo good. Going to eat the blueberries/cream for dessert

I haven't tried cb yet. My local grocery grinds all the nut butters fresh and I know they have cb. I'll try it next time. I love cashews so it seems likely I'll love cb :-)

Pot roast. Because of my allergies I can't use garlic or onion so I use sea salt, organic black pepper, and smoked paprika. For veggies it's red potatoes, red/yellow/orange peppers, and baby carrots.

Our family tradition is pagan ham. I can't eat pork due to allergies or all of the other stuff the family eats. I bring my own food. Usually chicken. This year I decided to bring stew instead. Even I needed a brief break from pot roast

my all-time fave food is ethiopian food. anyone ever had it/agree? after i stopped eating out, i used to make it. not as authentic, obviously (the injera in particular. don't have the machine), but healthy and super yummy. i somehow had forgotten all abt it until you guys mentioned middle eastern food, which is great too. homemade hummus and pita.

If I was back in Rhode Island I would have to say Pot Roast, it is amazing, however, I am not and I am unable to cook for myself here so anything I can whip up in a blender is the best thing in the world to me. Right now i have Peanut Butter, Banana, Milk and some cheap Chocolate protein powder. Pretty Nice. =] Cant go with two a day..
Does MTFU have a Crew? Cuz I want to join it!

Just bought some Matcha Powdered green tea and made a latte with it... I think this will become my new food obsession! So many things I could do with it! Cookies, Shakes... yum!

I've been looking for Matcha powder forever! I finally saw some in the health food store but they wanted $30 for a tiny wee jar and I was all "heeeeell no". The search continues...

    David's Tea!

You can order online, or depending on where in Canada you are, I am pretty sure you can find a store!

    http://www.davidstea.com/our-teas/gr...a/matcha-matsu

I paid 32.50$ for the 250G of Organic Matcha (which appears Sold Out online) and normally a cup requires 1G, so yeah, 250 teas for 32.50 is a joke =)

I read that Powdered Matcha has as much antioxidants (and all the other goodies grean tea has) as 10 cups of brewed green tea O_O
