    Nauseous after leg workout

    Every phucking time I train my legs I feel like I'm about to die. One day I felt completely horrible. Had to sit on a bench for like 15 minutes until I thought to myself phuck it, I'll just take a quick shower and gtfo of here, but dat changing room was so stuffy, no air and when I went to shower, I felt so sick, my vision went black and I felt like I was gonna faint at any second and then wake up somewhere completely naked. Luckily I got out of there in time to sit down until I was feeling better.

    Wtf is up with that ****? Anyone else have it? What to do about it?

    Yup, all part of the leg day routine! Take a lot out of you all at once, I usually see spots or "sparklers" along with being really lightheaded after a heavy set.

    I think it is due to your pH levels becoming too acidic from all of the acid/counter regulatory hormones building up which in turn creates a response from your body to want to balance the pH by excreting H+ ions i.e. stomach acid.

    Holy sh*t this EXACT thing happened to me!
    I was OUT of the game for like 20 minutes, sitting on a bench.
    Holy sh*t i thought i was going to die, my heart was beating so fast, sweat pouring and my breathing so heavy and not keeping up.
    I was literally thinking about after-life and sh*t, contemplating asking for an ambulance my God it was so bad.
    What made it worse is that i do FULL BODY, i havent trained legs since that day. Its happened three times straight, third time i was like "yeah...fuark this."

    edit: I was blacking out and feeling like i needed to puke, but no puke came. Also i saw i sh*t ton of floaters in my vision.

    My advice is plan an escape route in relation to a door, bathroom, outside that is within reasonable distance from the machine you are working on (or if acceptable a bucket in the gym) Most of the leg stuff I do is near a door that goes to a catwalk out back and straight down is behind a dumpster. Perfect targetl, you get the idea.

    I also used to really struggle on legs day. I remember one time after leg press, I pretty much collapsed onto the floor and just sat there waiting for 10 minutes.
