Yes- When you workout legs you get lactic acid rushing up and down your body. This produces Testosterone.

Definitely have added mass to the upper back thanks to squats (although this claim is hard to measure, i feel it that way)/. I also get the biggest bicep pump from grabbing the bar so tight (true story)

Lets end the broscience and use evidence
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21327794
"In conclusion, performing leg exercises prior to arm exercises, and thereby increasing the levels of serum testosterone and growth hormone, induced superior strength training adaptations compared to arm training without acute elevation of hormones."
Yes, it helps. Will it help a lot long term? Better question.***Anti-Broscientist Crew***

Counter point
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19910330
"We conclude that exposure of loaded muscle to acute exercise-induced elevations in endogenous anabolic hormones enhances neither muscle hypertrophy nor strength with resistance training in young men."

Interdasting... The studies are very similar with the difference that the study I quoted trained legs prior to arms and your quoted study trained arms first and then legs. T Levels were rising immediately following the leg training. Maybe thats why there is a difference. We don't know. May help, may not help, at least we mentioned some evidence for both sides now.
If you would have looked at the studies you would have seen that both studies tested t-levels and found out that they increased after squats more so then after the arm exercises. The debate is rather wheter this is leading to more muscle or not. Squats do increase t-levels.***Anti-Broscientist Crew***

I would argue that if your legs recover after <1-2 Days, you are NOT training hard enoughto begin with. I would never train legs more than twice per week.. i only train them once/week because I train them into the ground and they need the rest.. which tells me im actually training hard. Training Mon, Wed, Fri would basically have no benefit over Monday and Friday only... muscles NEED to recover.
Also, if you're doing 15+ reps for squats.. you're not lifting heavy enough."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

when you workout big muscle groups like legs. you get a lot of HGH and Testerone produced after your exercise which helps all your body grow including your upperbody. So squats are a MUST.

Exactly...
Oh? Well, good luck with that. Let me know the next time you increase 50+ in a week.
And no pictures, which tells me you are most likely very, very fat.
But have fun with that. Im sure you're the envy of your highschool
