this game is so addicting, ive spent like 50 hours on it since it came out (srs). thats like...5 hours a day. its mindblowing that after 50 hours im still constantly finding new stuff and being amazed. and graphics are just awe inspiring.
are mods used in those screenshots? my game looks great maxed out with no mods but not that great.

dno man, it looks so extremely uneventful. I watched a 1 hour video on youtube with someone doing a playthrough. He did this quest where he went into some dungeon.
brb fought like 3 skeletons in 1 hour. All killed from 100 yard range with a bow while they were patrolling. He was never in any danger, was never really spotted. Looked way too easy.
brb spending 30 of the minutes clicking on sh!t to pick up gold coins 1 by 1, looking in jars, bookshelves, chests, corpses.
brb no boss or anything special at the end.
just some avatar running around in this boring (but beautiful) world for hours, randomly talking to some people.
It looked awfully stripped of action, maybe because I watched the wrong video? Someone prove me wrong, link me some video that shows the fun parts of the game.

You're abso****inglutely right and everyone's big counter argument "But it is so big and there are so many side quests and things to do!"
Yeah, I don't want to ride on my horse for 20 minutes to find a herp derp "random encounter"..
The story is cliche and not particularly interesting at all, the main reason I play RPGs is the story and when I don't give a **** about it, the game isn't fun. Which is why I've never liked Oblivion and I don't like Skyrim.
Skyrim Fanboys = Herp derp GRAPHICS OMG... SIDE QUESTS OMFG... BIG OPEN WORLD OH MY GODYou don't need a reason to help people.
RIP Zyzz & Greg Plitt, my two biggest inspirations.

Personally I haven't found it that amazing. Definitely mirin the graphics (epic landscapes etc) but it is far from 'the best game of all time'.
I played Battlefield 3 straight after and it made me realize that for the past 5 hours I had been playing something that wasn't as fun/enjoyable as a video game should be.

Yea seems like people are more in love with the graphics and the whole role playing fantasy, than the actual gameplay. I love RPGs otherwise (Final Fantasy is my favorite game series, ever), but this game looks so damn bland. Even WoW looks more fun, atleast you get to interact with 1000's over people at the same time and can actually hang out with friends and do lots of social activities.
