I'm currently weighing in at 238lbs. Started off at 260lbs. I do cardio for a hour a day 5times a week sometimes 6times. I just have a couple of questions. Should I continue to do cardio as much or should I start to focus on more workouts ? The reason why I am doing cardio is to lose my stomach fat my arms are so scrawny I feel like lol, I have no chest and it makes me look even more fat I think in my personal opinon. So was just wondering what should I do? I understand you burn calories while working out and more muscle burns more calories but should I focus more on the workouts or cardio ?

depends. Judging by your weight though it would probably be best to focus on losing weight if anything. You could still workout if you wanted to but it seems like you are doing good by losing 22 lbs thus far.

I would hit the weights! I have seen too many people lose a ton of weight and then still be dissatisfied becaise they didnt have any muscle once they lost the tummy. MUSCLE BURNS FAT So there is a ton of benfits to lifting. On top of alot of it has to do with proportion and weak points. Like you said yoir lack in chest makes you look heavier. Thats a sign that you need to hit chest hard. You will get better results doing both but keep in mind, that you might not lose as much weight so keep aneye on yojr measurements (muscle weighs more than fat)
I would iddntify your goal , whether it just to lose weight or lose weight and get ripped. If its the later then i would start hitting the weights keep up on the cardio and start doing abs.
There are also some more faster paced high intensity workout weightliftinf programs that are great for losing weight and gaining muscle ( alot of what mma athletes use )
