    What exactly is the Klokov stretch? And I have never tried a proper ice massage I'll have to get some red cups and give that a go soon.

    Knee is still sore but better. I'm really working on it a lot.

    Good to hear that the knee let you get up to 4 plates. Your strength certainly hasn't declined due to the squat layoff
    Hopefully it'll be 100% so you can start pushing towards 5

He said it was more difficult because his technique was off and his foot plant slipped. He has 3 plates in him for sure and 4 months ago his max was around 255. SRS. Awwww yeahhhhh!!!!!!

    How tall is that bench, it seems really high? I don't know how you get leg drive up on your toes like that, that never felt right to me.

    works like a charm after a couple weeks of doing this everyday for about 2 minutes. Also styrofoam cups are a bit easier than red cups. You can peel away the sides while still being able to have a little bit of insulation to hold on to

    lol I don't really wanna go for an absolute max (something I might not get). At this point the weight is heavy enough to tear a pec (I have felt the feeling already). And also if I fail then I burn my CNS out hardcore. I will hit 405 when I know I have it for a nice single. If everything goes as planned that should be sooner rather than later. Not trying to rush anything however. Just enjoying the journey.

    Its not that tall. I used to bench with Oly shoes so I could keep my feel flat. I don't think I am getting as much leg drive as I could and I've thought about throwing my Oly shoes back on to see whats up.

    Yes that's what I have been doing. Its a brutal stretch, but I love it. Great idea with the styrofoam cup too.

    Posting from phone. Haven't had much free time. Knee is still messed up but slowly getting better. Did a regular squat and dead workout, nothing special. A 515 deadlift that was harder than it should have been and worked with 315 for high reps on squats to see where my knee was at. It was able to hold up for the most part so im happy about that. And then the next session it happened....

    5x5 bench with 315. I did 6 reps on the last set too and i had 7. Will post full workout when i can but im stoked so i had to let you guys know. I might have 405 now.

    Been doing lots of squats but nothing special yet. My knee is still in the recovery process. I did squat 365x3 the other day really easily though. Deadlifts are staying about the same. Once I get back to squatting normally and my knee is better my squat and dead should shoot up. Bench is still shooting up so I figured I would post yesterdays workout.

    -- Ab cramped on the first 365 set. Lower back cramped on the first 325x5 set. Was cramping all over the place. Sucked. But it could have been worse. I was going for at least a triple on the first 365 set. So I just decided to do another set since I had to throw the weight back on the first 365 set. It really felt like one of my right abs was gonna rip. Srs. My goal is to make 365 my bitch and hit it for 5 soon.
