Took no Advil all day. Didn't feel the injury flair up much at all. Maybe ever so slightly after everything was done, but really it was nothing. Feels fine now. 340 was HARD. Got so amped up after I hit it, felt on top of the world, almost got a little teary eyed. I needed that so bad after struggling with this ****ing depressing/frustrating injury for so long.

Glad to see you back and big congrats on the PR!
The vid would not play for me, though.
Sometimes they just won't. I'll be back later to see if it will play ...
I can relate to your frustration. Had to take yesterday off cause my back was acting up a little. I've learned not to fight it. It always win. Just rest the SOB and do something fun to take your mind off of it. Develop new interests so you have something to fall back on. That's what saves my sanity at times. If my back is being shtty, I go take pictures. It is kind of therapeutic. Hope you are enjoying the weekend and still basking in the glory of the PR!!!What's Going on in My Fitness Life: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=148175393

Always mirin TS One's lifts. And you know how I feel about Harbaugh.
Thanks Jenn. Weird. No one else said anything. Should work. I have been changing things up the past couple weeks cuz of the injury. You too, feels good to hit a PR when other things aren't going my way, keeps me sane.
Thanks man. What you think your max is?
Thanks Juggz
Why don't you do the ab wheel? That chit will carryover to your squat/dead. For sure, I wanna hear what your plans are after the meet.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

lol thanks bro. I think 365 is possible in 3-4 months. So yeah, 405 might be a possibility but I'm not gonna be stressing over it cuz I tend to injure myself when I try and go for **** like that. As long as I stay injury free 405 could happen by the end of the year, or early 2013.

Beast front squats, that looked mighty heavy unracking , but the rep itself looked controlled and quite smooth too. Hows the tendonitis going mate>

My endurance is pathetic, that 225x12 took a lot out of me. By the 9th rep the bar was falling down too and my wrists were getting raped. Not a bad sesh tho. Injury still there, I can feel it, so I'm not gonna do any upper body work still for a bit. PT on thurs. And nothing today aggravated my injury if any of you are wondering. So that's good I guess.

that 340 flew up!! id also like to see a video of your shrugs because those are impressive. my injury is almost better. I may actually start lifting again next week but light. but still squatting and deadlifting again . I guess I'll break high rep PRs and gain some mass and definition that way. can you still squat and deadlift well with your injury? I'd say rest it for a while so it won't be a problem in the long run. It really killed me that I could't squat or deadlift heavy for 4 months, but I had to rest so I can get my lifts and legs in good shape later or I'd be ****** for life just mirin other lifts but not able to do them myself. But yeah, hope you're injury solves itself
