Thanks Chris.
DAA works. Its proven to raise testosterone levels. So much so that you might even need an aromitase inhibitor to prevent the side effects of high estrogen levels. BUT there is some speculation it may kill brain cells and I have stayed away from it because of that. This is what I researched a little over a year ago. New information may have come out since then so you may want to look into it again. Out of all the natty testosterone boosters I have looked into, DAA seems to be the most effective.

Oh ok, cool
Interesting, studies have shown that 45 people took part in an experiment on them and over 12 days testosterone levels were increased an avg of 45%!
I have acquired some recently, but havent taken any yet just trying to do all the research i can before i 'flip' this ace card.
Do you think BCAAs work at all?~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks Tim. Hell yeah! I'll let you know what's going on when I find out brah.
Yeah that sounds about right. The stuff ****ing works lol. As far as BCAA's go I would spend your money on steak, eggs and chocolate milk instead.
Thanks Nick. Early next year seems plausible for me if things go accordingly. Why in the hell aren't you pressing now?Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

every sesh is a PR!! good chit as always. looks like you have a 450 squat and 250 military press in you. I've been hitting a few PRs too. check my log. I hit 405x15 on romanians, 405x30 on shrugs, and 70s for 20 on seated dumbbell press all with more in the tank. just waiting for the deadlift PRs to come. I'm getting the hang of barbell shrugs which is good. wanna build them monster traps lol.

How so? Links? There really aren't any long term studies on DAA and when I hear something about your brain possibly becoming negatively effected by the sides that throws up a red flag for me and it will take a lot of information to change my mind. I have about 10 sealed tubs of DAA lol.
Watched a little, thanks bro.
Thanks Tobi. Good stuff. Hope there are some vids gonna check soon.

we are not injecting DAA into our brains. I have read the studies where they use nmda to induce neuronal death and they produce localized concentrations that are magnitudes greater than could ever be acheived by oral ingestion of DAA at realistic dosages.
Dont forget that DAA is an endogenous substance with a vital neuroendocrine role. Its not some toxin that your body makes as a byproduct or somethingMeow

I just finished a bottle of BB.com's Alpha Protocol which has DAA as the main ingredient. I'm not going to be buying any more of it. I don't think there is a linear relationship between test levels and growth potential. Either you have enough to grow or you don't. I got my levels checked before I started taking it and was right smack in the middle of the normal range. I haven't noticed any of the reported effects from taking it. Don't get me wrong, my progress over the last 30 days was great......but my progress for the previous 60 days was just as good without it. So my recommendation to anyone considering any test booster is to get your levels checked beforehand. If your levels are legitimately low - think about it. But if you are in the normal range - don't waste your money.
