Yeah bro my back is kind of bad again I haven't lifted since those squats. I am pretty down right now I do need to take some time off. Might just be doing bodyweight stuff for the next few days. Looks like my programming is all ****ed once again. Shouldn't do any SOHPing because it hits that area of my lower back. So mad.

I know it's hard, trust me, I'm dying that I can't squat, but it's better if you heal completely. I've been squatting around my injury for 2 weeks until I hurt myself even more before halloween and I haven't fully rested since. Even when I was almost better, I tried squatting again and I still got hurt again. Then in december I would stop for a week and then fall into temptation and try to work around it, but it wasn't worth it since it didn't get better. Now this is about to be my second week straight taking off from squatting and I might give it another week so it can completely heal. I BADLY wanna squat again. I would say rehab it and rest and don't work around it so it doesn't turn into anything worse. stretch your hamstrings too. and if you can, apply the icy hot balm. i've been using the icy hot and it made some difference. anyway all I'm really doing now is military press 3x a week. I'm getting stronger. Now I'm repping 185 and want to hit 5 reps on friday. I got 4 reps today. My strength has skyrocketed on this exercise. I even got 205 halfway up at the end. I think I got it fresh. I'm just also doing one set of a 225 bench repout and calves. I'll also add pullups too. No lower body stuff for a while and no deadlifts for a few weeks to get my CNS back in order. but anyway now I'm loving the military press and I'm hoping to even get 225 soon. get well man and hang in there. you'll recover
I didn't realize you injured yours too man wow. Yeah it sucks ass, I'm really frustrated. Just going to take time off now. That's awesome you SOHP has gone up so much.

Col just stick to what will not aggravate the back bro. I know it sucks but you'll be back at full health sooner if you rest it.

Have a great new years man,
we went out to the mountains with couple of the guys and few girls too, drank heaps and watched fireworks go off across the state from some 700m up. Amazing view and pretty much walked down the mountain completely out of it, pitch black through trees, and tripping on rocks but lulz what a night.

We had everyone over here, around 20 peeps. Got a keg, set off some fireworks, did a few lines (drew in coloring books) etc etc. Stayed up till 5am. Today was a complete loss, I woke up at 3pm, been eating as much as I can and I did 35 min of cardio...Now gonna stretch. I plan on hitting some chest and back tomorrow with a buddy. My back is still injured.

Lulz nicely done,
Sounds a fine night bro, messy too which would have been good to take the mind off the whole injury situation.
I havent been logging much since i hurt my sternum, but last 2 days been awesome. Smashed a 270x1 incline (low incline) pr and smashed a zercher pr from pins with plenty in the tank. Gonna get back into logging.

Saw that bro good sh*t.
Another mediocre workout. Nothing special. Hit 275x5 on CGBP easy even with a break. Back still injured. Gonna try and hit the gym tomorrow and do a little legs with some machines. Hope everyone is having a good year so far.

Injuries are a part of lifting. It sucks but I believe you can get through pretty much anything if you really want to. I went to a PLing gym a couple months ago and there was a guy speed box squatting 5 plates who completely tore his ACL a year prior. My back will get better, but its taking a LONG ****ing time.

Another example, is the great mr simmons.
Broke his lower lumbar vertebra 2x within a decade. The last time he was good morning 405x5 and it went. The doc said say goodbye to your lifting career and louie told the doctor to forget that, so louie started doing the rev hyper, jumped on boxes and got massages and acupuntuncture. Within a year was box squatting 650+

lol been considering it.
Think I might give peptides a try again to help me lose more bodyfat. They are so cheap and I don't care how many people bash them they have worked well for my friend and I.

I believe it. Sucks.
Back is still injured. Went to the gym earlier and hit up some cardio, leg extensions, calves and leg curls. Maxed out the leg curl machine for 10 reps and saw about three 9/10 dat asses.
