I'll be getting myself used to a keto diet so I can get rid of this fat sack I've been wearing most of my life, but I'm not an expert on keto; however, I *have* been getting used to putting up with being hungry all day. The number one thing you can do is find something your brain would rather be doing. Screw someone. Build something to screw them on. Take pictures and make your first porn site. If you enjoy it more than eating, then that is number one on the list.

Very true, keep yourself occupied. Although on keto you should not feel all that hungry because the protien fills you up and digests slower. But carb-cravings are a bitch...after a whille they subside.

Remember, anything that you YOU DONT WANT in your body EVER has to enter your body...No one forces you to eat that pizza slice. YOU have the power to say no.

Hey mike35, if you are looking for what to eat on keto.
Use the search feature, that has been covered and explained many times and there are plenty of ideas on meals and food to eat.

You have to search.... like the rest of us.

What do you think, that the keto experts are just here to put together a custom diet for you for FREE? I doubt that.
Other than give me, give me. I read your post to be a complaint that really doesn't have a specific question, other than the implied "make a keto diet for me" tone to it.

I think hobbitboy and mr Enigma were just being nice.

To add to the discussion above.....
I say that if you really are doing keto right. You shouldn't be that hungry all the time. Fat is very filling, especially if you are eating your 5-7 meals a day as recommended. Sure there is the carb crave at the beginning but it does subside. Don't starve yourself, that doesn't work and actually puts you body into self preservation mode.

    PEACE

Ask specific questions and you will get answers.

I hated keto and CKD diets, felt I lost too much muscle along the way. I know everyone is different and respond differently. To me low carbs b/w 100-130g/day worked best for me. Pardeus has an excellent article on Leptin might want to check it out. I try to follow similar "refeeds" as he mentioned. Felt that this worked best for me.

    Riskybiz007,

Your right keto is not for everyone.
But it is great for many.

And yes, PAR's article on Leptin is Excellant.
    I highly recommend it.

Knowledge is the KEY. There are many roads to the same place.

Actually when I am not on keto, I actually do a similar thing for a few months of the year.

    Peace !!
