Good game today ya'll. Appreciate all the real fans that take the loss gracefully and not let their jimmies be rustles, as opposed to the ****s I've seen so far on twitter that make excuses. Seahawks and Bears have an interested recent history against each other.

The Chicago Bears placed running back Michael Bush on injured reserve Tuesday and re-signed Kahlil Bell, the team announced.
ESPNChicago.com Bears blog
Losing Bush is another blow for the struggling Bears. They've dropped five of six after a 7-1 start and are coming off a loss to Green Bay that clinched the NFC North for the Packers.
Chicago needs help to make the playoffs after leading the division for much of the season, and losing Bush does not make things any easier.
Bush, who was signed to a four-year deal to give the Bears depth in the backfield, has been suffering from cartilage damage in his ribs. He dressed for Sunday's game against Green Bay but did not play. Bush has played in 13 games this season, gaining 411 yards and five touchdowns on 114 carries.
Bell has played in 25 games -- including three starts -- with the Bears and New York Jets in the past four seasons.

Even if the Bears pulled off a miracle and still somehow made the playoffs this season, is there any reason to believe they wouldn't be knocked out of the first round? I lost my hope for a championship after our loss to the lowly Seahawks and probably won't be rooting for them again until next season begins. This team can find all sorts of ways to mess up a fine season.

Considering I don't think anybody is certain who will be playing offensive line next week, it would be pretty foolish to bet on them doing anything. And I think they might make it considering AZ has no QB and Detroit makes our problems look insignificant.
But yeah, with with Chris Williams being gone (is he even still in the league) and Carimi being benched it's kind of stunning to realize how badly Jerry Angelo's incompetence ****ed the team.Of all tyrannies a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. -C.S. Bears might get lucky and make the playoffs, but they ain't goin nowhere.
Forte's playing at half speed.
O-Line is a mess
D-Line gets no pressure.
Coaching sucks.
3rd Stringers in many positions.
Now, to find a big mean nasty lineman who isn't from some soft school (Vandy) or who doesn't have to have arthroscopic surgery before he plays a snap....

9. Bears: Can reach the playoffs by winning out and having both the Giants and Vikings lose once, or either the Giants or Vikings lose once plus the Seahawks losing twice, or a couple of more complex scenarios. Basically, the Bears lose most tiebreakers and therefore will likely need to finish 10-6 while the other NFC wild card hopefuls finish 9-7.

With the 49ers losing, it gives the Packers more incentive to win next week against the Vikings instead of dropping a game.

I honestly don't know. Here is how I see it.
They miss the playoffs, he's gone.
If they make it and they look outclassed in round 1 and look like disorganized **** like they have during the losses this 2nd half, he is gone.
If they win in round 1, they will have to have a good showing in the next round. They cannot get blown out and have an embarrassing game at any point.
Another part of me thinks this is Lovie's Last hurrah. He needs to AT LEAST make the SB to keep his job. Even then, how much more can we get out of him and the veterans? The 2nd half of the season really exposed the coaching staff and cost them mightily. Yes, all the key injuries hurt, but a lot of it has been plain incompetence in regards to game planning and there have been multiple games where the team looked flat out unprepared.
I don't see this team doing anything in the playoffs even if they do make it, anyway. They will be the last seed and have shown throughout the last few years they flat out stink it up on the road in hostile environments. We will see, but this is how I feel. Because of this, I hope we just miss the playoffs so there is no chance of the coaches returning next season. We will not have a great offense so long as Mike Tice is running it. He is the definition of an idiot. Might as well get the rebuilding started sooner rather than later.

Even if we do get in the playoffs, wouldnt we be facing the Packers right away?
Edit: Actually no, if Packers beat Vikings they get a bye.. Who would we face then?14-9 total correct guesses (1st place), 61% accurate - Lyon Gaultier Presents Euro 2012 Contest ||| 45-33 total correct guesses (4th place), 58% accurate - 2014 World Cup Pick Em' Giveaway by Lyon Gaultier
