Just finished polishing off a beautiful square of this coconut cake. Decadent, rich, super moist, and best of all...made by my Grandmother. The pan is big too, probably another 20 squares left. I'm going to try and limit myself to just one square a da....$#%@ it, I'm going to get another one.

Whey protein powder sucks !!
that was today morning proats:
i used chocolate casein instead of whey after i cooked the oats with water, coffee and a dash of salt.
Thecasein makes it even more thicker compared to whey that turns everything liquidy:/

Im in love.
I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do this I keep on doing. (Romans 7:15,17-19)

Finally mastered my macro friendly chocolate "froyo"
225 g FF GY
1 packet diet hot cocoa mix
1 spoon of splenda
5 gs FF/SF chocolate jello pudding mix
2 TBSP of Sunflower butter (this is optional, exclude if you want better macros...I believe a natty/runnier PB would work just fine too).
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, add a splash of milk or water if it seems too thick. Freeze for 1-2 hours, but every 20-30 minutes take it out and "churn it" by mixing it all around.
Macros w/sunbutter: 16g fat/24 g carbs/32 g protein.
Crushed up the oreo and threw that and the choco chips on top. those aren't included in the macros.xTUNAx CREW
