probably unheard of for most - pierogis!
I'm lucky. I live 4 blocks away from a pierogi place. They make their own and distribute them to local markets around here. They make somewhere around 9 varieties. One of my favorites is the Potato & Mushroom. At lunch you can go and get 6 of them with a decent sized chunk of kielbasa and sauerkraut for $6-

Cheese and Fish? Was it any good? What kind of cheese?
Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

Well I say regular pancake recipe meaning whatever of the 1000 "regular" recipes are out there with the additional ingredients added in. Now, my particular 'base' recipe in this pic is; flour, eggs, milk, salt and splenda. But, no reason those other recipes wouldn't work just as well.

Yup. def an awesome idea, Jenn!
Try this recommendation though: Let it all toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes on low temp so the flatbread gets crispy and the chocolate protein sauce and peanut butter gets all melty and awesome.

sauce went on post bake. I could toast the bread before, but the protein mixture seemed like it wouldn't hold in the oven for too long. I did that one 12 minutes.

First try at london broil. Came out pretty well Id say.

Threw some of it into this sitrfry. Delicious, though the beef did end up getting slightly overdone for my taste when I threw it into the hot pan.

I'm sorry but pierogies are NOT even the unofficial national Canadian dish.

Poutine is so Canadian lol. But it's an incredible explosion of fast food flavors in one dish.

I'm with you because I think gravy is for mashed potatoes, not potatoes in the form of fries. Since I was a kid I've enjoyed chili cheese fries at Yankees games and other baseball stadiums/sporting events. Sort of grew on me lol.
But I don't think we should knock it until we try it haha.
