Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

This is my best bowl of protein fluff yet (or idk what you'd call it as i use a blender not a mixer). Banana flavored with chocolate syrup.
Here's my breakfast from this morning. A huge stack of protein pancakes covered in sf syrup. Fluffy and delicious!

That's right. I did not use any whole fruits, but I used lingonberry jam. First time using jam in a fluff and it was great.

Don't know if anyone read Scocca's article saying that you can't caramelize an onion under 40 minutes (with Alton Brown agreeing. lol!) but Jacob Burton posted a response, which is awesome. If no one has been over at Stella Culinary then you're missing out. Probably my favourite food site:
“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
