^^nom nom nom Ashlei...love goji berries, especially with chocolate
I can usually take or leave Korean food, but went to a place Sat night with friends, and it was pretty awesome. I was pretty tipsy though.
Prime rib...the edges got that awesome crispy crust..really good
In lettuce wrap with rice, spicy bean paste, onion, jalapeno
Raw garlic dipped in spicy bean paste, intense, but awesome
Shot of soju & yogurt (kind of tasted like sake) We got a bottle of the soju without yogurt too, it's awful
Big beer, baby beer...and apparently this Korean beer is 'made from 100% German hops'
The beginning of a fried rice dish with spicy squid & pork belly

Goliath Burrito
being a regular and last in line at closing time = getting a quadruple burrito, and no it wasn't on the menu. It was bigger than her head.
I don't know why i thought it would fit on a plate. I ate it for dinner, breakfast and lunch the next day.

Ice cream
Since I'm a dork and posted in the old thread on accident. Here's ice cream for the new thread:
It was my first time trying Bonaroo Buzz and it was pretty good. The mix-ins are pretty awesome.
I haven't had anything that I like nearly as much as Cinnabuns yet though.
The Dreyer's Slow Churned Egg Nog was pretty good stuff even though it's only 100 calories per serving. My 5/3/1 Log: http://tinyurl.com/6qhhydx (current)

In before someone asks for the recipe that was posted 20 times last thread
Wut? Heard you were eating 9k on thanksgiving that true
Muscle Milk wont work well (casein will not rise) for your protein cakes, stick with a generic whey protein, pick a brand you like and a flavor your like tons of great companies out there.
Took last week off from lifting, coming back with Waffles, Sludge, and banana's:
