    Overflowed the springform, but still came out with the proper texture. The exposed cheescake got caramelized a bit but still tasty.

    Usually I throw in the chopped tomatoes (these are canned chopped tomatoes, not fresh chopped) with a pat of tomato puree and let the sauce reduce for about 10 mins. Thickens it up and gives it that appearance (flavor is much better too).

    Any protein can be mixed with peanut butter to make a sludge/sauce consistency.. Trutein is a good option though.

    try taco seasoning sometime, also cajun is good and any southwestern mix or garlic based blend I’ve found taste good too.
