Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

Oh man. Its two cheeseburgers, hamburgers, hot dogs or sausage. With mac salad and homefries. The the whole thing is topped with onions, meat hot sauce, ketchup and mustard. Salt and pepper. Awesome when you are young and have a long night at the bars! haha
It was started at a place called Nick Tahou Hots and named the "garbage plate". Now every street in Rochester has a 'hot dog restaurant' with their own version. "Trash plate", "killer plate", "heartburn plate", etc. They sell like crazy. I always thought about opening up one in another city, near a college and bars and see how it goes.Avatar Pic was from Oct 2008. Then gained some weight as all I do is WORK!
