Avocado is one of my favorite foods, so I would never do something to alter the flavor or cook it to ruin the natural taste. I love this method because baking fortunately does not really change it. The texture and taste is maintained throughout the cooking.
If you like avocados+sunny side up eggs, then this is damn delicious. and thanks!

Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Cake
Decided to change up my morning oatmeal and came out with this amazing "cake". Absolutely delicious, still the same macros.
75c/6f/10p=394kcal
The oats taste amazing cold. It will take me a few weeks to get bored of this
A bite of the cake
I was asked how i made it and its pretty simple:
Make oatmeal with water and Walden farms choc syrup mixed in the night before, i used 80g oats use as much as you want
Put the oatmeal in a container of your choice and put it in the fridge overnight so it will become solid
Flip the solid cake out of the container and put the toppings you want and anything you want on top
