Egg Pancake (used 1/4 cup arrowhead mills batter and 1 cup egg whites + 2 whole eggs), FF, Plain GY with Hershy's Cocoa mixed in for topping. WF added for good measure.


HyVee had a 2/$4 deal on WF porducts so I stocked up big time!

Avocado is one of my favorite foods, so I would never do something to alter the flavor or cook it to ruin the natural taste. I love this method because baking fortunately does not really change it. The texture and taste is maintained throughout the cooking.

Decided to change up my morning oatmeal and came out with this amazing "cake". Absolutely delicious, still the same macros.

I was asked how i made it and its pretty simple:
Make oatmeal with water and Walden farms choc syrup mixed in the night before, i used 80g oats use as much as you want
Put the oatmeal in a container of your choice and put it in the fridge overnight so it will become solid
Flip the solid cake out of the container and put the toppings you want and anything you want on top

- 150g pancake-mix (add water only, yes I'm a lazy bastard)
- 40g banana whey
- drop of vanilla extract (liquid)
- dash of cinnamon to taste

Mix, pour in hot pan, wait, profit.

honestly i just guess and mix it up until i have the right consistency. probably about a cup of oats grinded, .5 cup or so of cottage cheese, scoop of iforce protean, 3 egg whites, little milk.
