You don't flip an omelet - you tip the pan to make it slide to one side, add the filling and turn the other half back over it
- If you can't explain it simply, then you don't understand it well enough.

And this is the resuslt;
No colour
Smooth surface
Soft in the middle
From the moment the egg hits the pan it takes maybe 20 seconds if you move it quick enough

“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

Lmao, I came home last nightt to Omelette talk in this thread so I mad one and posted a pick and everyones still on the same subject. I thought cooking an egf was one of the easiest things to do. If you wanna make it real easy you could buy one of those microwavable omelette cases.

All my Gym bros went back home for a month for christmas. They recommended doing like them and taking a month off lifting (havn't taken a break in over a year) and just chilling out until after new years. I decided to change it up and going lax on the nutrition (not counting calories, just making sure I get adequate protein and healthy fats) but hitting the gym even harder this month and increasing cardio to the max (having fun with it though... skating, soccer, snowboarding...).
In summary, Until about the 5th of Jan 2012, keep your eyes peeled for some good food porn. I'll kick it off with yesterdays bowl of fun
Reese's puffs, golden grahams, granola and nuts, all bran raisins, mini sized chocolates.... Too much to describe
And, I've been craving one of these for as long as I saw pictures from chicago styled pizzas on the net, A bacon, pepperoni mozza Deep Dish

Cookie Monster cupcakes, anyone?
I made the frosting and cupcake from scratch. The eyes are white chocolate buttons with a milk chocolate button glued on by vanilla buttercream frosting (also made from scratch). The cookies were just store bought, cut, then placed into the cupcakes.
