Ingredients:
1 Cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese
1 tsp(the same as one packet) Truvia Sweetener
2 Tbsp WF Choc. Dip (or Choc. Syrup would work too...gonna try the marshmallow dip at some point)
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tsp Cornstarch (not necessary but will thicken it up and give it more volume)
Instructions:
1. Put in a blender
2. Blend until thick and creamy and all CC curds and gone
3. Pour into a bowl and let it freeze for a good 4 hours at least
4. Enjoy
Macros(using my ingredients PM and I can give you each individual macro if you'd really like):
P: 36.5g
C: 24.5g
F: 21g
Cals: 433
It fills my personal size blender completely and that holds about 16 fluid oz. so it's a pretty large serving
If you'd like to I'm sure you can remove the PB if it's too high cals and you've hit your fats for the day
Also, even if it looks like it's done freezing early it's probably not unless you have a flat bowl, the middle takes a while to freeze.

I don't think so, it increased in volume a LOT when I started adding cornstarch.

I relearned why whey doesnt go in Oats. Once Whey touches thich Oats it makes the water separate from the Oats turning it into soup. 126g Oats, 1 Scoop Wheybolic 60, 1 Scoop Muscle Milk, Pretzel M&Ms, Pieces of Hershey Bar
Made up with that mess with this. 84g Oats, Pretzel M&Ms, 3 Servings Cookie Crisp, 3 Servings Cocoa Pebbles, 2 Servings Honey Bunches of Oats, 26oz Skim Milk

Ok, sorry to clog MEN!
This was my first time attempting/creating it so the recipe needs a bit of adjusting imo.
The one I posted made 2 of the mini pyrex dishes.
Ingredients:
100g old fashioned oats
1 medium egg
160g skimmed milk
144g (1) apple chopped (peeled if desired)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp splenda
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degree celsius/355 Fahrenheit
Spray 2 mini oven proof dishes/1 large dish with low cal spray
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well (the egg needs to be well beaten)
Divide the mixture into the dishes/dish and put in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden
Let cool slightly and top with more cinnamon/splenda/sugar to taste
Macros:
586kcal
23g protein
14g fat
89g carbs
Note: I would probably increase the liquid next time as it was drier than expected, but still nice. The apples were crunchy as that is how I like them. However you can pan fry them first or cook the oatmeal for longer if you prefer them to be softer.100lbs lost since June 2010
