Played 3 long matches in a tennis tournament yesterday. Had to replenish with Fuddruckers
1lb burger with wedge fries - full size fork for size reference - polished all of this one off plus 1/4 of my nephew's that he couldn't finish (weak sauce)
Also hit up Pappas BBQ (the original one not the crappy chain ones they opened after buying out Luthers BBQ)
3/4lb of smoked turkey and sliced beef - sides were coleslaw and spicy cajun rice - remembered pic after already tearing into it...

Monkey Oats
For this I used the overnight voluminous oats trick but instead of water I used brewed coffee. I also added a tbsp of Chia seeds for added volume.
The oats consisted of
120g Oats (i use Quaker Old Fashioned)
1tbsp chia seeds(added before overnighting process)
2 tbsp of PB&Co. Cinnamon raisin swirl
10g cinnamon(most inside, some sprinkled on banana slices for garnish)
8g butterscotch sf/ff jello pudding mix
1 whole banana (took 2/3 of it and mashed it, stirred in, rest sliced on top)
2 tbsp FF cream cheese(love what this does to oats)
lots of splenda
Planning on dressing up and devouring this a bit later, I done made a chocolate 2:1 p/c protein cheesecake from the recipie on the thread about it. this is it just after comming out of oven and cooling before being refrigerated overnight.
