I've been out of the MEN game for a while, time to hop back in with some stuff I've brewed up in my kitchen over the past few months!

Carrot cake loaf with cream cheese frosting

    Mongolian beef

    Gorgonzola stuffed chicken breast

    Kung Pao Chicken

And some treats my mom has tried out on me from her new-found baking hobby

Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

Chocolate, strawberry and vanilla birthday cake pops

I also acquired a D3000 so I've been able to capture some decent looking pictures!

mind=blown That might be better macros but in regards to taste & flavor creativity, BnJ's wins.

Oats mixed with milk and/or greek yogurt and any powders or flavourings and then covered and refrigerated overnight.
There is no cooking involved, and they can be topped with anything you fancy the next day (fruit, candy, nuts, cereal etc)
There are loads of variations (peanut butter/espresso/cinnamon/vanilla/chocolate etc), but my go to base recipe is:
    80g Oats
    120g GY
    80g Milk
    Splenda

    Then add whatever I fancy.

Pulled both of those recipes from FoodGawker (which if you don't know what that is...prepare to have way more great recipes than you'll know what to do with). Both came out great. And if it fits in your diet (and it'll also help on the wallet), use chicken thighs instead of breasts for the kung pao chicken.

The KP Chicken came out so glossy you'd swear I slathered it in MSG. One of the best Asian dishes I've ever made.

Loving the D3000 so far. Any excuse to use it I take advantage of.

anuragp122195 - if you don't want to share your recipes, at least have the dignity to say so.
Woah. Nice call out. I am always glad to give my recipes and I've never refused to do so! Every single person that PMed me for recipe I responded to (like 10 ppl). Im sorry if I can't see every post on the MEN thread intended for me to read. But here you go:
The ratio of ingredients is this:
12oz(210g) frozen berries to 1 cup(240ml) milk of choice.
Add enough of a thick protein blend (25g+ casein works awesome) use as much protein as you desire
**optional: 1 tsp xanthan gum. This is not needed of your protein is already very thick like casein. But it will def transform your frosty into a damn DQ BLizzard consistency!
Add ins of choice like flavor extracts, nut butter, cocoa, cinnamon, etc.

    Blend In a strong blender.

~Just casein and water/milk of choice (ON chocolate casein)
I like to do 1/2 cup water to 1 scoop ON casein. (I'd say 1/3 cup water to 1 scoop of a different, less thicker protein blend) That particular one I used 119g casein (A bit more than 3 1/2 scoops) with 1 3/4 cup water and 75g (4.7 TBSP) almond butter.
~Awesome mix ins are cocoa, cinnamon, and nut butters. Throw in some chocolate, cereal, candy, or other goodies you can think of IIFYM.
BTW, you can always mix your protein with cottage cheese, cream cheese, or Greek/regular yogurt if you want to add volume and change the texture+macros
~*Note: -If you like a warmer dessert, this tastes pretty awesome heated up in the microwave for some time. If you do this though, it will be slightly less thick, but if you are looking for a decadent warm dessert, then I would recommend you do that.
-If you like a chilled dessert, it is optional to chill or freeze. If you do that, it will come out like a soft ice cream or thick, chilled pudding. This will be thicker.
