I saw someone doing 500 lb deadlifts last night and when he dropped the weights... The entire place shook and it rattled my soul to hear that, in a good way of course.

I figured out that I could do almost all pull exercises (no wrist compression) and I'm discovering a few ways to use cables to do "push" exercises, like tricep extensions, or do biceps by doing chinups. I've been having to be creative. In a way I really like it. It's given me a chance to up the cardio, and gawd knows my arse needed it. But sometimes it gets frustrating. I miss having crazy chest days (lots of pushing). And sometimes I get a little sad. But hanging in there.

I have a Dr's appointment next friday. We shall see.

You wont notice a couple of pounds really, because the body fluctuates so much in weight on a daily basis as it is. You wont really notice anything until you look back at pictures or after weeks of dropping weight. It sucks but its just how it is so dont get discouraged Tif

Sure is, was 100% after only like 2 weeks. I took it easy on but I was able to do everything shortly after the injury. Thank god it wasn't as serious as originally thought.

Well I certainly worked up a sweat last night! I'm hoping when the acting starts up again after the summer hiatus people will be coming up to me saying "OMG you're so thin" and stuff. That would be sweet

Nice vid btw. Looked like an effort! CF gives me his lifts in kg but he says he deadlifts 240kg, which is about 528lb so I guess that's cool. But I haven't seen him do it. But he effortlessly held me aloft during sex last night, which was a first.

Thanks guys! It will probably be a while before I get to 585 but its definitely what I am working towards right now, feels like I had to start all over with my deads.... I actually haven't done a regular DL in like 3+ weeks because my lower back was feeling a bit off. But I always come back stronger so I know I will get it.

High 80s today but scattered thunderstorms when I'm out of work. Bummer. BF will be at the beach he said and wanted to join up.. do not want to be rained on though.
