    thumbsup.jpg on the stepper box squats compared to last set of vids. form on the vid looks much better without that dude impeding . . . his closeness was kinda creepy imho.

    Anyways used the new knee sleeves yet?

    After seeing the posts back and forth between you and Tina I'm considering adding rehbands (the blue ones - comp fit) to my shopping list. Not to hijack or anything but if one is not feeling like they are getting any rebound from the wraps would you figure sleeves are worth the $$$?. . . I wear wraps more for mental help than physical . . . paranoid about knee blow outs.

    Re sleeves/wraps

    I am getting the blue crushers on Tuesday! Took a while USPS messed up. I'll let u guys know how they feel...they are 2 ply cloth/elastic sleeves

    I'm not sure if you would benefit from rehbands since you mention knee blowouts worry I'd think youd need something more sturdy than a neoprene sleeve

    There's variety of wraps which ones do you have...I heard the strangulator wraps are a good mix of rebound and support.

    Less than a week till European vacation
    Will be stopping at Germany for a few hours (maybe venture out), destination Macedonia then visit Greece and Bulgaria (Vlad has to stop at his old uni there)

    Thanks T we will be gone for two weeks and really excited to see more of Eastern Europe.

    For dynamic days I just chose a challenging weight to keep it fast. Not sure what percentage that is. I have been cutting for the last couple of weeks for the vacation so strength is somewhat down. I'll resume a bulk next winter again
