Couldn't finish the 5 reps on sumo deads because my ****ing bladder!
Going bak to gym later after work to finish it. Wasn't even hard but the belt pushing against my stomach was too much. How embarrassing there were spots! No one saw thank god...not sure how this will workout since I drink about two water bottles during squats

240! and for two sessions in a row. Incredible.
lol on bladder issues. I know that feel. Although I think mine is more, I just need to loosen the belt, not that I drink too much.
Can't believe you will go back for more, because that workout looks tough. Actually all of the last few weeks have looked challenging - your deload is nicely scheduled.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

You blew that away. 7 reps! Jumping up to 245 now?
Edited to add: yes, I've heard of some crazy stories with belts/squatting.
I think I've gotten better at pushing against it/taking in a bigger breath of air. I don't have it as tight as when I first started.Last edited by tina722; 02-14-2013 at 08:05 AM.

I had another thought about the benching: you are a pretty advanced lifter. I know you've done other programs in the past. But, especially now, maybe it's just too hard for your bench to advance with the squat and deadlift also on linear progression.

Happy Valentines! You do sumo all the time now? Thanks! I am not too good with conventional feel like im going to get a back strain with it.
You know I saw the video you posted in your journal...man she is so muscular in her upper body!
The shoulders back thing I never heard before (to roll them back like that) so i will try that!
THinking of benching tomorrow to try it out

haha! awesome!!!
I just asked in my journal when you were going to max out, even predicted 260-270, then I come here and see you already did it! 265 is fabulous - you should be so proud/happy!
Enjoy your deload - you really earned it. How often are you planning on lifting?http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172554141

Hey Romina!
Your squats and deads are looking awesome! And your deloading at those numbers As long as recovery is going well I don't think it matters lol.
I had to lol at the Mcpee pants story I have read stories about people beshatting themselves while squatting, all the pressure on the abs and some people end up doing the valsalva maneuver which buts more pressure down there and BAM shat in the pants lol.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.
