You're used to hearing a different voice than what everyone else hears because it reverberates in your skull (srs). Unless people IRL have told you your voice is phaggy you probably shouldn't worry.

You can youtube some of this stuff.
EricArceneaux on youtube is good for vocal exercises/warmups (he does singing, but it applies to talking to)
