How tall are you? But honestly, you won't get an accurate answer because everyone needs different amounts of food, which is why counting calories is kinda redundant. Just eat a lot of calorie dense foods (eggs, lean meat, whole grain bread, oats, etc). Veggies are good carbs, almonds, walnuts, etc, are healthy fats. Bacon is considered a calorie dense food, so enjoy that once in a while . This is all assuming you want to gain mass. Also, the frequency of meals does not matter so much as the TOTAL CALORIC INTAKE. If you are meeting your macro needs, you will grow.

Well... just eat like you normally would, and weigh yourself throughout a 2 week period, if your weight stays the same, check how many calories you ate on average every day in the past 2 weeks... (I'm sure there's an easier way to find your maintence level... i'm new to fitness and such so I can't tell for sure...)
As for gaining muscle and losing fat... I think you gotta pick one or the other... bulk up through winter, then cut around april or may... yeah... ask somebody with way more experience than me, I dunno if the info i'm giving you is 100% accurate...

I've been doing mainly cardio for the past 3 years, and in the past 6 months i've been going to the weight room maybe once or twice a week, but for the past 2 weeks i've just finally started weight lifting hard 3-4 times a week to gain about 15 pounds or so by May.
    You?

Ahah right on brah, yeah, right now it's good to start lifting since we're both relatively young... by the time we're in our senior years of high school or so we'll have made significant progress.

    Carbohydrate:Protein:Fat = 3:2:1 ratio.
Protein should be between 1 and 2 grams per lb of bodyweight, calculate your carbs and fat from that.
That's a pretty good guideline for most people, including myself.
