Tired of going up and down up and down so i'm creating this log so that i can commit to my cut, plus i misc to much and i'm barely in any other sub-section on this forum anyway. Hopefully i can meet some new friends over here.
Current Weight: 204lbs
Goal Weight 180-185lbs
Current BF : 16%
Goal BF: 11-12%
Target Date: Feb 7th 2012(this day earlier this year i was 268lbs!!!!)
My Routine/Cut Plan/Calorie intake
Routine
Madcows 5x5
Mixed Martial Arts ( BJJ & MT Kickboxing)
Cardio (time to time)
Cutting plan
Lean Gains- IF (4pm- 11pm will be my 8 hour window)
Calorie intake
2800 on lifting/mma days 2300 on rest days.
Progress pics will be monthly, i will be providing my first pic(which i take tomorrow) with my next pic which will be on December 19th 2011.

BJJ- Time 1hr 30mins++
10-15 min jog in a big circle (forward, backward, looking inside, looking outside etc etc)
What we did:
Passing front guard with one hand 5-10mins
Passing side guard 5-10mins
Getting out of back control 5-10mins
10 pushup for every time you lose, so i did about 80+ lol
Shark Tank Drill
except a lot more intense and i had to fight with guys 20lbs+ bigger then me.
After that we rolled with partners (sparred) for 15 mins
Going to the gym later tonight will post gym log later.
