Exclamation Guys with low body fat%, What's your T-Shirt Size?

Im cutting and getting leaner everyday, but i'm wondering if muscles will be a problem with shirt comfortability.

Should I just keep Medium shirts? or does a small fit anyone nicely? I'd like to wear a small if possible???
Honest question, im curious, i know i'll get to single digits but what shirt sizes/Jacket Sizes am i looking at?
    0_o

    Much Appreciated

I'm 6'1" and mediums and smalls fit. It depends on the brand, though. If I buy a shirt at the Gap it's a small, if I buy a shirt at Penguin or Armani it's large.

Usually Medium. From 20% to 10% your clothing sizing won't really change, you'll just look better in them.

It's mostly about weight really...under 185 usually fits in a medium, you should keep your medium shirts unless they start to feel uncomfortable

It really depends on how big you are, and from your stats I would say stick with small if you want your stuff to fit pretty snug...

OP, you'll be fine with small unless your arms are over 16'' or you have a large bone structure.

Haha, 6' and 160, I highly doubt a medium fits you so tight unless you wear women's shirts.

I wear anywhere from smalls to larges depending on the brand and cut. Smalls fit my waist, but are short and too tight in the shoulders/back.. But they look really good on me anyways. Mediums fit well across the board, but I have purchased some larges here recently and they look good.

This is one of the things I'm not looking forward to. I'm 5'10 170ish wearing mediums now, but with very little LBM i have the feeling when I get down to 145-150ish so my BF% is in the 12-15 % range i will be needing XS or S to get the fitted look. Coming down from 225ish I've already given a way a crap ton of XL clothing. I've already stocked up on quite a bit of medium clothing, I have the feeling I will need to unload (another) small fortune on getting XS/S stuff when I finish my cut.

The eventual goal is to bulk back up to 160-170 on a clean bulk after reaching my 150ish goal weight.

I'm 5'10 and am usually (out on an injury right now) 170-175 pounds at 9-10% body fat. Medium to large fits well, usually large cuz I don't like the fitted look. I could never fit a small. At the moment I am 165 pounds at about 11% body fat. My larges look too big and my mediums all fit right.

Anyway, what I am trying to say is that you will never need a small or extra small.

At this point though I'm most likely at 170 5'10 with (hopefully) less than ~20%BF. Everyone said I was ~20% when I weighed 175 and I've dropped about 5 pounds in the last month since I posted pictures. I'm considering just trying to get down to 155-160ish. Even though I will still have fat on me left I need to cut at that point it might be best to try and recomp. Just have to see where I am in 2-3 months I guess.

For me to get to your point I would most likely need to lose another 20-30 pounds of fat and put that 20 pounds back on in LBM(this is my eventual goal).

When I started working out I was in the same position as you. 5'10, 170-175 and about 20% bf give or take (maybe not that high but close). I recomped for 3 months eating at maintenance and lifting as heavy as possible. My weight stayed the same but my bf dropped to about 12 or 13%. At that point I hit a plateau both for gains and cuts so I started switching up cut/bulk.

I suggest a recomp because it doesn't sound like you have much lean mass.

Where can you get the softest t-shirts these days with fairly tight necks. I'm in mediums now, they're loose in the stomach just fine, but because of my build, the short sleeves end up being too short.

Profile pic is with the only medium shirt I own. Front shot and pic of the size tag is in my profile pics. Don't know how tight you like your shirts but I don't like mine that tight. Armpits would be chaffed by the end of the day...

Well I guess I'm eating my words, that does look pretty tight even if it looks like you're doing a semi-lat spread. From the pic it looks like you have a bigger frame and I was thinking more along the lines that muscle mass was stretching out the shirt but it's most likely bone structure.

I wear a medium. It really doesn't matter at all. You could easily wear a small and still have the right proportions that make you look huge without a shirt on. It's all about proportions and definition.
