Hey Tom anyone ever tell you that youre a much better trainer than you are a video producer?
My meals change weekly, I like to cook a variety of things in bulk. Fried rice with lots of meats, egg drop soup minus the yolk, Fish in sauce and chicken in sauce. I make my sauces out of mojo from goya (the best hispanic calorie free, fat free and sugar free seasoning), chopped onions, peppers, garlic, and ginger, water, and powdered seasoning. Makes the meats juicy, really good to mix it with brown rice I also make in bulk with mixed vegetables. Brown Pasta and turkey meatballs i enjoy. I make my own sauce from really low in sugar and fat organic tomato products. pancakes with oatmeal flour, egg whites and whey protein are also really good. Specially on the go.

lol..ya I know..but as long as everyone gets the basics of what im throwing out there..its all good brother.
I'm a real plain john kinda guy when it comes to food prep. I make all 5 of those meals, feed the dogs, catch up on CNBC, cook my wifes breakfast, do the dishes, clean the kitchen after I make my fat ass mess, pack my food for the day...and...eat that meal number 1 in 30 minutes. Don't have time to **** around on the daily prep with sauces and ****...and...I like my food to be made fresh daily. This works for me and works for a lot of my athletes, so I like to share what works with everyone.
You should post a vid or basic text post of you prepping with the names of the products your using, measurements and macro breakdown for everyone. It's nice to shareLets get to work

I don't know if this is where the question goes, but here it is: I have been looking on the other website this is posted on and am trying to figure out why the two bulking routines are different. It seems like there is more arm work on the other site. Just wondering.
