Took a pic cold a few minutes ago.. Haven't trained this week yet... Sitting at 194lbs, lightning doesn't show it but i'm still shredded, actually i'm leaner than the skeleton photos before re-start working out in the op.

Diet
Cleaned up my diet alot since the start. I was getting alot of bloat in my face and for me, my face is everything! I like my face lean and shizzeled.
Diet right now is prety clean and quite boring, normally it's this everyday:
Meal #1
- 12 egg whites & Protein Shake
- 60g of carbs of Oatmeal or Cheerios
Meal # 2
- 8oz steak
- 60 g of carbs of either Oatmeal, Cheerios or Sweet Potato
Meal # 3
- 3 scoops Protein Shake
- 60 g of carbs of either Oatmeal, Cheerios or Sweet Potato
Meal # 4
- McDonalds
Normally 2 cheese Burger patties & Fries, macros is something around 40g Protein, 100-120g of Carbs and god knows how much fat
Meal # 5
- 3 scoops Protein Shake
- 60 g of carbs of either Oatmeal, Cheerios or Sweet Potato
Meal # 6
- 8oz steak
- 60 g of carbs of either Oatmeal, Cheerios or Sweet Potato
Meal #7
- 3 scoops Protein Shake
- 60 g of carbs of either Oatmeal, Cheerios or Sweet Potato
- 30 g of Fat from Almonds which is around 60g of AlmondsJohn "The pro architect" Hollywood

Actually gained 3-4lbs (198lbs now) since Christmas binges but it seems like it was mostly fat since i'm not training since the 21st and my gym only re-opens on the 2nd of January.
Stuffed around 25.000 calories in 3 days. Got probably around 8.000 calories each day, foods high in fat really add up in calories.John "The pro architect" Hollywood
